Annotation One of the consequences of modernization and transformation of the social spheres of life was involvement of a large number of the population in the area of social services, the emergence of various kinds of social services. All these processes actualize the need to assess the quality of social services provided by social services to the population. The article assesses the results of sociological research, which aims to assess the quality of services provided to the population by the social rehabilitation center for minors “Hope” (Trans-Baikal Territory). The study was organized and hosted by the Public Council under the Ministry of Social Protection of the Trans-Baikal region in September 2014, the research methodological base was human-centered approach which measures how the service meets the requirements of the consumer, and the consumer is satisfied with the organization of activities and services. The survey was conducted by questionnaire, by continuous sampling. The results of the survey revealed satisfaction with the quality of social services provided to the population by the social and rehabilitation center for minors “Hope”, Trans-Baikal Territory. At present, selection of criteria and indicators of the quality of social services is becoming important. Evaluation of satisfaction with the quality of social services was carried out in the following fields of activity: satisfaction with information on the services provided; availability of information signs on the route to the establishment; the ability to obtain information over the phone; possibility of obtaining information on the Internet; convenience and comfort of premises; cleanliness of the premises; courtesy and honesty of employees; quality services staff offices; personnel work in general.
