| Annotation |
The introductory part of the article considers a problem of the quality of implementation of regulatory legal acts by the regional authorities. The article studies the main directions of domestic policy expressed in the presidential decrees. The authors raise a problem of implementation of presidential decrees by regional authorities and analyze the level and degree of application of sociological methods in the evaluation of the regional authorities. The activities of regional authorities in Russia are described by the modern system of sociological support on the basis of statistical methods. We have used a critical analysis of online-poll technology on portals of the authorities of the Russian Federation as a method of evaluating the performance of regional authorities. The role of sociology is a feedback mechanism to assess the performance of the regional authorities and the mechanism of decision and adjustment of political and administrative decisions. The technique of sociological research is described, sampling is grounded, its characteristics and structure are submitted. On the basis of sociological research in the Trans-Baikal region, the population estimate of the activities of the regional government for the implementation of the election program of the President expressed in so-called “May decrees” is analyzed. We consider the existing forms of sociological assessment of the regional authorities established in the Russian Federation.
