Annotation The article examines the problems of inclusive education in preschool educational organizations in connection with the introduction of the Federal state educational standard. The author highlights the peculiarities of the work organized with children with disabilities and disabled children. This work includes the development of adapted educational programs taking into account the demographic, national, geographical and other conditions of the region; creation of a psychological-medical-pedagogical commission; organization of effective interaction of various structures; design of new mechanisms for the management of inclusive education. The author outlines the main directions for the organization of inclusive education in pre-school educational institutions of the Trans-Baikal Territory. The article provides statistics on the number of children with disabilities, on disabled children, on the coverage of children with special educational needs in pre-school organizations in the area, and on the organization of variable forms of pre-school education for children with disabilities and disabled children. The author presents in detail the experience of Mogoytuisky District in creating a municipal resource center for the development of inclusive education for preschool children in order to organize comprehensive assistance to children with special educational needs on the basis of a municipal pre-school educational institution “Mogoytuisky kindergarten “Buratino”. The Center provides early diagnosis, special assistance not only for children, but also for the families in which they are brought up.
