Annotation The article considers the process of organization of physical and educational activity of senior preschoolers under the conditions of complex application of basic types of motor activity and recreational technologies in the process of preparation for implementation of norms All-Russian sports and recreation complex “Ready to work and defense” (RLD) I stage (6–8 years). The motor regimes used in the process of modeling of physical education and educational activities of preschool children within the framework of the project of innovative physical and educational activity “Learn to jump, run and throw!” are described in the database “Child development center-kindergarten № 22”, Chita in September 2015–May 2017. The content of the experimental model of physical education and educational activities of preschool children with a focus on preparation for the implementation of the rules of the RLD, including five main blocks: educational work on physical education; additional classes on physical education; recreation and recreational work; working with parents; organizational and managerial work. The results of pedagogical experiment on substantiation of efficiency of the developed model are given, which are expressed in a reliable decrease of the average group value of the normalized integral index, increase of indicators of physical development and physical preparedness of children of the experimental group of 6–7 years. The developed model is of practical interest for managers and trainers in physical education in preschool institutions. The main results of the study can be recommended for use in the practice of pedagogical activities for the preparation of senior preschoolers to pass the norms of the RLD I stage.
