Annotation Modern society has set the school the task of developing a student as a subject of learning, capable of making decisions, able to assess the situation, his role in ongoing actions, a student capable of thinking critically and being tolerant. In such conditions, a teacher needs to be capable of both using new methods and techniques of work, implementing modern approaches to teaching and educating students, and rethinking in line with the updated requirements of methods that have become traditional in teaching. This is what determines the relevance of this article.The purpose of this work is to describe the content of the educational work of linguistics specialists of the Multidisciplinary Lyceum of ZabSU, the peculiarity of which is its organization in line with the system-activity and cultural approaches.The work used theoretical research methods, such as analysis and synthesis of pedagogical and methodological literature on the research topic. The author of the article used empirical research methods, such as observation during the educational process, studying the experience and products of educational and creative activities of students. The provisions of the system-activity and cultural approaches and the idea of the subject of teaching became the methodological basis of the study. The author comprehends the concept of educational work of teachers of the Russian language and literature of the Multidisciplinary Lyceum of ZabSU. The article describes the main ideas, principles, methods and tecniques of educational work in line with the named innovative approaches, taking into account the essence and patterns of teaching and upbringing as a unified system of the pedagogical process, as a set of measures to form the student’s worldview and his formation not only as a subject of learning, but also an individual who considers himself a part of his family, lyceum, small homeland, country. The scientific novelty of the work is seen in the description of the system of educational work of linguistics in the combination of system-activity and cultural approaches, the center of which is the method of creative tests.
